St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 39 complaints and reports the following arrests:
UNIFORMED PATROL SECTION
Victoria Johnson, 38, 723 Fifth Street #4, Morgan City, LA was arrested on January 5, 2018 at 1:18 pm for simple assault. Deputies investigating a disturbance at a business on Lake Palourde Road in Amelia collected evidence that Johnson threatened the life of a female victim during an argument between the two. Johnson was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Johnson was released on a $1,000 bond.
