St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Juvenile male, 11, Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 18, 2021, at 10:35 am for battery-simple. The juvenile male was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

Antonio Riley Stearns, 35, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on May 18, 2021, at 9:00 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of speeding and no driver's license. Stearns was released on a $288.50 bond.

 

Quentin Theodore Delco, 39, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on May 19, 2021, at 12:51 am on the following charges:

• Possession of synthetic cannabinoids
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Possession of schedule I drugs
• Possession of schedule II drugs
• Possession of CDS in a drug-free zone

No bail has been set.

 

Bradley J. Lovell, 34, Theriot, LA, was arrested on May 19, 2021, at 2:30 am for brake lights required and no insurance. Lovell was released on a summons to appear on August 25, 2021.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Milton Howard Sr., 36, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on May 18, 2021, at 10:30 am on a Louisiana State Police warrant for the charge of racketeering activities and conspiracy to commit racketeering activities. Howard was released on a $150,000 bond.

 

Chad A. Ross Jr., 28, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on May 18, 2021, at 7:16 pm for possession of drug paraphernalia. Ross was released on a summons to appear on August 25, 2021.

 

Brian Henderson, 38, Berwick, LA, was arrested on May 18, 2021, at 7:16 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana). Henderson was released on a summons to appear on August 25, 2021.

 

Candice Lee Ross, 35, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on May 18, 2021, at 7:16 pm for window tint and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ross was released on a summons to appear on August 25, 2021.
