St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 82 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Mark A. Colbert, 49, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on June 10, 2022, at 9:03 am on a warrant for battery-simple. Colbert was released on a summons to appear on September 28, 2022.

 

Kurwin Anthony Webb II, 28, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 11, 2022, at 2:08 pm on a warrant for domestic abuse-child endangerment law-aggravated and assault-aggravated. Bail has not been set.

 

Johnny Freeman Jr., 70, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 11, 2022, at 9:24 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled and speeding. Bail has been set at $800.

 

Walter Joshua Martinez-Galvez, 31, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 12, 2022, at 2:33 am driving on roadway laned for traffic, driver must be licensed, and driving while intoxicated . Bail has been set at $4,500.

 

David Lenes Aucoin Jr., 26, Patterson, LA, was arrested on June 13, 2022, at 12:02 am for possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction of justice-tampering, and on a MCPD warrant. Bail has not been set.
