St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 29 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Blake Joseph Billiot, 37, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 29, 2022, at 6:33 pm for failure to appear for the original charge of domestic abuse battery. Bail has not been set.

 

Kendall Johnson, 37, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 29, 2022, at 8:56 pm for failure to appear for the original charge of possession of methamphetamine, and operating a vehicle while license is suspended/ revoked/ canceled

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Kylan Sherman, 19, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 29, 2022, at 3:50 pm on the following charges:

• Improper lane use
• Aggravated flight from an officer
• No driver's license
• Stop sign violations
• Aggravated obstruction of a highway of commerce
• Resisting an officer

Bail has not been set at this time.
