St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 97 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Roman Paul Carlos, 32, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on November 11, 2022, at 8:12 pm for disturbing the peace by language and terrorizing. Carlos also held an MCPD warrant for the charges of disturbing the peace by language and battery-simple. Carlos was released on a $2,200 bond and transferred to another agency.

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
