St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 35 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Drew Ryan Baugher, 34, Patterson, LA, was arrested on March 4, 2024, at 3:52 pm on the following charges:

• Driving while intoxicated
• Reckless operation-no accident
• Driving under suspension
• Obstruction of highway-aggravated
• Possession of drug paraphernalia

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Steven J. Morris, 37, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 4, 2024, at 7:10 pm for disturbing the peace by language and domestic abuse battery. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

NARCOTICS

Michael J. Randazzo, 58, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 4, 2024, at 3:34 pm on a warrant for turning movements and required signals, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Randazzo was released on a personal surety bond.

 

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
