St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 32 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Christopher Lee Lumpkin, 41, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2024, at 8:10 am for failure to register as a sex offender and criminal trespass. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Nathaniel Albert Rollins, 28, Patterson, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2024, at 8:39 am for theft and on two warrants for failure to appear. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Adam Wade Roy, 37, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2024, at 8:26 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the following charges:

• Domestic abuse battery
• Driving without driver's license on person
• Operating a vehicle in an unsafe condition
• Failure to maintain liability insurance

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Wade P. Rives, 41, Belle River, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2024, at 10:03 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
