St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 96-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 129 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Stephen Michael Fournier, 34, Houma, LA, was arrested on March 29, 2024, at 12:30 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, emanation of excessive sound or noise, and operating a vehicle not covered by security. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Jeremy Joseph Olivier, 44, Patterson, LA, was arrested on March 29, 2024, at 7:11 pm for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of resisting arrest or officer and on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of criminal neglect of family and possession of schedule II CDS with intent to distribute (methamphetamine). Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Damien Aurelius Hale, 34, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 30, 2024, at 2:08 pm for resisting an officer/simple assault, criminal damage to property-simple, and disturbing the peace-intoxicated. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Junior Gomez, 23, Amelia, LA, was arrested on March 31, 2024, at 2:014pm for battery of a dating partner. Bail has not been set at this time.
