St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 30 complaints and reports the following arrests:

J.C. Ford Sr., 37, Amelia, LA, was arrested on April 9, 2024, at 2:08 pm for battery-simple and on an MCPD warrant for failure to appear. Ford was transferred to another agency.

Chaz Michael Ribardi, 29, Berwick, LA, was arrested on April 9, 2024, at 6:38 pm on a Lafourche Parish warrant for failure to appear through the Baldwin Police Department. Ribardi is being held for another agency.

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
