St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 22 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Jordyn Ray McCoy, 19, 1006 Iberia Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 30, 2020, at 3:29 pm for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. McCoy was released on a summons to appear on December 11, 2020.

Juvenile Male, 14, Amelia, LA, was arrested on September 30, 2020, at 6:30 pm for resisting arrest or officer and ungovernable juvenile. The juvenile male was released to the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

Calvin Edward Charles, 65, 603 Labau Street, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on October 1, 2020, at 12:16 am for possession of drug paraphernalia and stop signs/yield signs.  Charles was released on a summons to appear on December 11, 2020.

John Anthony Boyd, Sr., 51, 111 Hogan Lane, Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 1, 2020, at 1:36 am for driving under suspension and improper lane usage. Boyd was released on a summons to appear on December 11, 2020.

Adam Charles Davis, 44, 125 Madison Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 1, 2020, at 1:36 am for possession of synthetic cannabinoids and misuse of toxic vapors. Davis was released on a summons to appear on December 11, 2020.

Anthony Wells, 67, 913 Antigo Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 1, 2020, at 2:17 am for improper lane usage, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of crack cocaine. No bail has been set.

Fabian Zaeire Bartley, 30, 771 Oregon Street, Berwick, LA, was arrested on September 30, 2020, at 11:51 pm on a warrant for possession of schedule II drug with intent to distribute. No bail has been set.
