According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 39 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Bricleon Martin, 18, 1192 Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, LA was arrested on May 13, 2015 at 9:47 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of simple battery and resisting an officer and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. A deputy patrolling the Franklin area observed Martin travelling in a vehicle on Fifth Street. The deputy knew that Martin was wanted on active warrants and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. The deputy subsequently transported Martin to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
Janice Hue, 36, 179 Burchfield Lane, Berwick, LA was arrested on May 13, 2015 at 2:41 pm two warrants for issuing worthless checks. A deputy located Hue at a business on Main Street in Franklin. Hue was released on a summons to appear in court on August 19, 2015.
Michael P. Hebert, 58, 310 Central Avenue, Houma, LA was arrested on May 13, 2015 at 3:25 pm on a Terrebonne Parish warrant for failure to appear on the charges of no seatbelt and driving under suspension. A deputy made contact with Hebert on Highway 90 in Garden City and learned of the active warrant for his arrest. The deputy transported Hebert to the parish jail for booking. Hebert was later released on a $300 bond.
Christopher Pollard, 30, 1414 South Road, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on May 13, 2015 at 7:01 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft. A deputy located Pollard at his residence on the warrant. No bail is set.
