According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 72 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 92 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Autumn Guillotte, 20, 6412 East Old Spanish Trail, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on February 19, 2016 at 7:44 pm for domestic abuse battery.
Donald Hahn, Jr., 21, 8312 Highway 182, Centerville, LA was arrested on February 19, 2016 at 7:44 pm for domestic abuse battery.
A deputy responded to a complaint of a disturbance in progress at a residence in Centerville and made contact with several subjects in the driveway. During the investigation, the deputy collected statements and other evidence indicating that Guillotte attempted to push past Hahn in order to gain entry into Hahn’s residence during an argument. Hahn then pushed Guillotte. Guillotte was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set. Hahn was released on a summons to appear in court on May 4, 2016.
Jesus Tenorio, 25, 2006 Lake Palourde Road, Amelia, LA was arrested on February 19, 2016 at 9:37 pm for the following violations:
- Illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities
- Disturbing the peace (intoxication)
- Possession of Schedule II
- Possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance
- Resisting an officer (by providing false information)
- Warrant from the Morgan City Police Department for failure to appear on the charge of driver must be licensed
A deputy responded to a report of a subject firing a gun on Odile Lane in Amelia. The deputy made contact with several subjects in the area and located multiple spent rounds on the ground outside of a residence. The deputy also recovered a handgun and live rounds of ammunition inside a vehicle parked nearby. Through the investigation, the deputy collected additional evidence that Tenorio, who was located inside a residence, fired the weapon. The deputy also determined that Tenorio gave a false name during the investigation. Tenorio was booked into the St. Mary Parish jail. No bail is set.
Juvenile female, 16, Ashton, LA was arrested on February 20, 2016 at 9:56 pm for misuse of 911, resisting an officer, and ungovernable juvenile. Deputies responded to a residence in Four Corners after receiving information from a 911operator that they received a call in which the caller stated that her family was dead. When deputies arrived they found no indication that anyone was injured and made contact with the juvenile and her guardian. The juvenile attempted to flee from deputies on foot. The juvenile was then detained. Through further investigation, deputies discovered that the juvenile made a false call to 911 from her cell phone. The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Brandon L. Arceneaux, 30, 3416 A Patoutville Road, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on February 21, 2016 at 6:55 pm for reckless operation of a vehicle with a crash and flight from an officer. A deputy patrolling the Cypremort Point area observed a vehicle exit a private driver at a high rate of speed nearly striking the police unit. The deputy activated the police unit’s lights and sirens and initiated a traffic stop. The driver of the vehicle failed to stop accelerating away from the deputy. The driver then attempted to turn onto Caesar Lane where he struck a parked vehicle and slid into a ditch. The deputy ordered the driver out of the vehicle and identified him as Arceneaux. Following the crash investigation, the deputy transported Arceneaux to the parish jail for booking. Arceneaux was released on a $1,000 bond.
According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
On February 19, 2016, Kenneth Rollins, 26, of Patterson, LA was additionally charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoids, 4th offense, entering contraband into a penal institution, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of Schedule II (oxycodone). Correctional officers conducting a routine search of inmates returning from a work detail located the illegal drugs and rolling papers on Rollins’ person. A detective with the Narcotics Division was contacted. Following the detective’s investigation, Rollins was charged for the additional offenses. No bail is set.
