According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 38 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Earl L. Perro, 35, 208 Cleveland Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on August 25, 2016 at 11:30 am on a warrant for probation violation. A deputy received information that Perro, who was wanted on the warrant, was in the courtroom at Morgan City court. The deputy made contact with Perro and transported him to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
John F. Verdin, Jr., 63, 204 Kathleen Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on August 25, 2016 at 2:18 pm on a St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office warrant for domestic abuse battery. A deputy received information from the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office that Verdin was wanted on the active warrant. The deputy, accompanied by SCPSO personnel, located Verdin at his residence and served the warrant. Verdin was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
Franklin D. Pearce III, 31, 3817 Phar Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on August 25, 2016 at 10:50 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of Schedule IV drugs, possession of Schedule I drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Pearce turned himself in at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. No bail is set.
