According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 30 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Randall Ramp, 17, 312 Como Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on September 17, 2016 at 11:11 am for terrorizing. A school resource officer responded to a report of terrorizing at Patterson High School. During the course of the investigation, the SRO collected evidence that Ramp made statements in front of other students that he was going to bring a gun to school and that he wanted to “shoot up” the school. Ramp was transported to the parish jail for booking. He was later transported to another facility for housing. No bail is set.
Asia Do, 21, 107 Pearl Lane, Franklin, LA was arrested on September 22, 2016 at 1:31 pm for domestic abuse battery, criminal abandonment, and disturbing the peace (offensive language). Deputies responded to a report of domestic abuse at a residence in Franklin. They spoke with several subjects involved and found evidence indicating that Do repeatedly struck a female victim in the head causing swelling and bruising. Deputies also learned that the physical confrontation occurred after Do left a toddler at the residence unattended and without adult supervision. Do was also heard yelling profanities outside of the residence causing a disturbance in the neighborhood. Deputies transported Do to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
