Missing Person

UPDATED 12-29-2016 - The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office received information from the United States Coast Guard in Portsmouth, Virginia that contact has been made with Armand and that he is safe. Armand is no longer listed as a missing person.


ORIGINAL RELEASE - On Tuesday, November 22, 2016, the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office received a request for a welfare check on a subject in Baldwin. Detectives investigating the report learned that 53-year-old Kim Christopher Armand was last seen on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at his camper at an RV park on Highway 83 in Baldwin. Detectives also discovered that Armand’s bicycle is missing from his home. The welfare concern complaint is now being investigated as a missing person case. Armand is described as a 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 200 pound white male with brown eyes and gray hair.
