St. Mary Parish Sheriff Scott Anslum advises that over the last reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 32 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Brontriaze Weber, 21, 516 Highwy 668, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on April 13, 2018 at 12:53 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of Schedule I drugs and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle without a driver’s license ad careless operation of a motor vehicle. A correctional deputy transported Weber from the Iberia Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail is set.
Carley Stafford, 22, 3630 Cypress Street, Metarie, LA was arrested on April 13, 2018 at 1:58 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of Schedule II (methamphetamine) with intent to distribute, violation of a controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone), illegal possession of weapons in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, illegal possession of stolen firearms, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A correctional deputy transported Stafford from the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Stafford was transferred to another facility for housing.
