Sheriff Scott Anslum would like to inform the public of a new prescription drug drop box, located in the lobby of our Morgan City Sheriff’s office.

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office in partnership with LA Attorney General Jeff Landry, the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield has made this drop box available in the lobby of our Morgan City office.

The drop box program is designed to be a safe and legal way to dispose of unneeded or outdated medications.
