Arrest Report- September 13, 2018

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Scott Anslum advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 46 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Jarrod Leblanc, 25, 130 Elaine Street, Bayou L’ourse, LA was arrested on September 12, 2018, at 5:25 am for disturbing the peace intoxicated and remaining on premises after being forbidden.

A deputy patrolling Amelia was dispatched to a local business in response to a theft complaint. Upon arrival at the business, the deputy made contact with a man who said that someone had left with another patron’s money.  Through the investigation, the deputy made contact with Leblanc who began yelling and using profanity in front of the business. Leblanc was transported to the St. Mary Law Enforcement Center for booking. Leblanc was released on a $1,500 bond.

 

Roselyn Archangel, 34, 110 Freetown Road, Franklin, LA was arrested on September 12, 2018, at 11:33 am on a warrant for failure to appear for a review hearing.

A deputy patrolling the area of Franklin was dispatched to the St. Mary Parish Courthouse in reference to a subject having an active warrant. Upon arrival, the deputy reviewed the warrant and made contact with Archangel.  Archangel was transported to the St. Mary Law Enforcement Center for booking. Archangel was released on a $385.93 bond.

 

Heidi Pellerin, 41, 1755 Highway 317, Centerville, LA was arrested on September 12, 2018, at 1:33 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of speeding and operating a vehicle without a driver’s license on person.

A deputy patrolling the area of Franklin was dispatched to headquarters in reference to a subject having an active warrant. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with Pellerin.  Pellerin was transported to the St. Mary Law Enforcement Center for booking. Pellerin was released on a $500 bond.

 

Amon Solone, 29, 513 St. Lucy Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on September 12, 2018, at 2:01 pm three warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:

  •     Driving under suspension
  •     Contempt of court
  •     No insurance
  •     Expired inspection sticker
  •     Proper equipment required
  •     Seatbelt violation

Shawn McCauley, 41, 508 Taft Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on September 12, 2018, at 1:43 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of methamphetamine.

Deputies patrolling the area of Morgan City were dispatched to a residence in reference to a follow-up. Upon arrival the deputies made contact with Solone and through the investigation, McCauley was found to be hiding at the residence.  Solone and McCauley were arrested on the active warrants and were transported to the St. Mary Law Enforcement Center for booking.  Bail was set for McCauley at $200,000. Bail was set for Solone at $2027.

 

Juvenile male, 15, Patterson, LA was arrested on September 12, 2018, at 3:30 pm for ungovernable juvenile.

A deputy patrolling the area of Patterson was dispatched to a location on Main Street in reference to an ungovernable juvenile. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with the juvenile and throughout the investigation the juvenile was uncooperative. The deputy transported the juvenile to the Branch Office for processing. The juvenile was released into the custody of a parent pending juvenile court proceedings.

 

Devon Marsh, 26, 1048 Ciro Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on September 12, 2018, at 3:29 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of resisting an officer.

Deputies patrolling the area of Morgan City were dispatched to a residence in reference Marsh having a warrant for his arrest.  Upon arriving at the residence, the deputies made contact with Marsh and informed him of the warrant. Marsh was transported to the St. Mary Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail was set.
