St. Mary Parish Sheriff Scott Anslum advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 37 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Brent Dalton, 38, 105 Sydney Jo Lane, Berwick, LA was arrested on September 19, 2018, at 3:24 pm on a warrant for possession of schedule III controlled dangerous substance (Subutex).

A detective with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Section was dispatched to a residence on Sydney Jo Lane in Berwick after being contacted by the Berwick Police Department. The Berwick Police Department had learned of an active warrant for Dalton and detained him. The detective made contact upon arrival at the residence with the officers and Dalton. Dalton was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Dalton was released on a $1,500 bond.
