Arrest Report- December 7, 2018

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Scott Anslum advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 38 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Tristen Naquin, 30, 113 Hendricks Street, Patterson, LA, was arrested on December 6, 2018, at 3:51 pm for telephone calls-harassment.

A deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office in Franklin in reference to a harassment complaint.  Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with the complainant who said Naquin was sending multiple text messages to the complainant after being asked to stop. The deputy went to a residence on Oxford Loupe Lane and made contact with Naquin. Naquin was arrested and released on a summons to appear on March 6, 2019.

 

Joseph Wallace, 49, 1145 Highway 70, Pierre Part, LA, was arrested on December 6, 2018, at 7:42 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of hydrocodone.

A corrections deputy made contact with Wallace when he was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center from another agency on an active warrant. Wallace was booked on said warrant and incarcerated. Bail was set at $1,500.

 

Christopher Singleton, 33, 154 Friendship Alley, Amelia, LA, was arrested on December 6, 2018, at 9:36 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle without a drivers license, expired license plate, and failure to honor a written promise to appear.

A deputy was dispatched to a residence on Lake Palourde Road to assist with an investigation of a disturbance. During the investigation, the deputy went to a residence on Justin Lane to speak to a person that had been involved in the disturbance.  While at the residence, the deputy made contact with Christopher Singleton and was advised by dispatch of an active warrant for Singleton’s arrest. Singleton was advised of the warrant and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail was set.

 

Ronald Polidore, Sr., 33, 125 Fox Lane, Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 6, 2018, at 11:59 pm for disturbing the peace by language, resisting arrest or officer, interfering with a law enforcement investigation, and aggravated assault/officer with a weapon.

Deputies went to a residence on Fox Lane in reference to a subject with an active warrant.  Upon arrival, the deputies made contact with Polidore and advised him of the warrant.  Polidore was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail was set.
