Arrest Report- February 21, 2019

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 38 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Jerald Lee Stansbury, 41, 131 Herbert Rd, # 23, Lafayette, La, was arrested on February 20, 2019, at 9:24 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle while license is suspended and no seat belt.

Stansbury turned himself in to the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office on said warrant.  He was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking.  Bond was set at $500.

 

George Allen Ribardi, 28, 1406 North Third St., Morgan City, La, was arrested on February 20, 2019, at 9:43 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of reckless operation of a vehicle and unlawful operation of an off-road vehicle.

Ribardi turned himself in to the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office on said warrant.  He was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking.  Bond was set at $500.

 

Howard Prejean, 56, 1408 West Willow St., Lafayette, La, was arrested on February 20, 2019, at 10:28 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled, and careless operation of a vehicle. 

Prejean turned himself in to the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office on said warrant.  He was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking.  Bond was set at $10,000.

 

Agatha McCleary, 26, 501 Roderick St., # 4, Morgan City, La, was arrested on February 20, 2019, at 2:09 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of theft and domestic abuse battery.

McCleary turned herself in to the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Law Enforcement Center on said warrants.  Bond was set at $800.

 

Aaron Louis Comeaux, 33, 207 Saturn Rd., Bayou Vista, La, was arrested on February 20, 2019, at 6:52 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of methamphetamine and  operating a vehicle with improper taillights.

Comeaux turned himself in to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on said warrant.  Bond was set at $6,750.

 

Juvenile male, 13, Centerville, LA, was arrested on February 21, 2019, at 8:37 pm for Ungovernable Juvenile.  He was arrested and released back to his parents pending juvenile court action.
