Arrest Report- March 15, 2019

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 28 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Christian Charles Washington, 32, 4237 Lac Du Bay Drive, Harvey, La., was arrested March 14, 2019, at 11:52 am on a warrant for theft under $750.

Washington was located at the Lafourche Parish Jail.  He was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking on the above-mentioned warrant. Bond was set at $1,500.

 

Bryan Paul Scully Jr., 36, 253 Cactus Rd., Lafayette, La., was arrested March 14, 2019, at 10:37 pm for brake lights required, possession of schedule II drugs (Methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and no insurance.

Joell Theil Bourg, 35, 190 Beadle St., Amelia, La., was arrested March 14, 2019, at 10:37 pm for possession of schedule II drugs (Methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A deputy patrolling the Beadle Street area in Amelia, La., observed a vehicle with only one operable brake light. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and spoke to the driver, identified as Scully, and the passenger, identified as Bourg. Consent to search the vehicle was given by Scully.  Upon conducting the search, the deputy located a small bag of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Both Scully and Bourg were transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bond was set on Scully or Bourg.

 

Darrius Deques Williams, 25, 604 Hall St., Houma, La., was arrested on March 15, 2019, at 3:31 am for speeding, driver must be licensed, and possession of marijuana.

A deputy patrolling the area of Highway 90 East in Patterson, La, observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and identified Williams as the driver. Williams was unable to produce a valid driver’s license. Marijuana was observed inside the vehicle. Williams was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bond was set at $2,750.
