NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of Law Enforcement Sub-District No. 1 of

the Parish of St. Mary, State of Louisiana, has been ordered and called and will be held at its regular meeting place, the Sheriff’s Office, 4th Floor of Courthouse, 500 Main Street, Franklin, Louisiana, on Monday, April 8, 2019, at ten o'clock (10:00) a.m., for the following purposes, to-wit:

 

1. To consider and take action with respect to give notice regarding adopting a resolution on May

6, 2019, ordering and calling a special election to be held in Law Enforcement Sub-District No. 1 of the Parish of St. Mary, State of Louisiana to authorize the levy of an ad valorem tax.

 

2. To consider and take action with regards to any other matter which may be brought before the Sheriff.

 

This will be an important meeting and all interested parties are urged to attend.
