St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 30 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

John Paul Dehart, Jr., 35, 142 Pitre St., Houma, La., was arrested on April 25, 2019, at 2:06 pm on warrants for failure to appear for criminal neglect of family (x2).

 

Dehart was located at the Terrebonne Parish Detention Center. He was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bond has been set at $15,057.32.

 

Walter Baker, Jr., 57, 616 ½ Twelfth St., Franklin, La., was arrested on April 25, 2019, 3:40 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for imposition hearing for criminal neglect of family.

 

Baker was located at 620 Willow St. in Franklin, La. on the above-mentioned warrant. He was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bond has been set at $21,088.40.

 

Anthony Tony Bourda, Jr., 38, 511 Seventh St., A, Franklin, La., was arrested on April 25, 2019, at 6:06 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for imposition hearing for criminal neglect of family.

 

Bourda was located at 505 Robinson St. in Franklin, La., on the above-mentioned warrant. He was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bond has been set at $17,153.71.
