St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 46 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Durrell Lanceslin, 41, 129 Martin Luther King St., Baldwin, La., was arrested on May 14, 2019, at 10:15 am on warrants for failure to register as a sex offender, duty of offender to notify law enforcement of change of address, and failure to appear.

 

Lanceslin turned himself in at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office on the active warrants. He was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bond has been set at $7,500.

 

Stephanie Faye Crawford, 52, 763 North Airline Ave., Gramercy, La., was arrested on May 14, 2019, at 1:24 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for trial on the charge of illegal possession of stolen things over $1,500 and accessory after the fact.

 

Crawford was transported from Tallulah, La. to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on the active warrant. No bond has been set.
