St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 33 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Ronell Bourgeois, 46, 253 Hwy. 317, Centerville, La., was arrested on May 29, 2019, at 11:59 am on a warrant for hit and run.

 

Bourgeois was located at 1104 Main St. in Franklin, La. on the active warrant. He was issued a summons to appear in court on August 28, 2019.

 

Lashown Joseph Phillips, 47, 929 Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, La., was arrested on May 29, 2019, at 2:05 pm on a warrant for simple burglary.

 

Phillips was located at 115 Collie St. in Baldwin, La. on the active warrant. He was released on his own recognizance.

 

Damien Darnell Robertson, 36, 1017 Hwy. 318, Jeanerette, La., was arrested on May 29, 2019, at 2:37 pm on a warrant for armed robbery.

 

Robertson turned himself in on the active warrant. He was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bond has been set.

 

Ty Alec Borel, 18, 406 David Rd., Bayou Vista, La., was arrested on May 29, 2019, at 9:39 pm on a warrant for attempted 1st-degree rape.

 

Borel was located at his residence on the active warrant. He was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bond has been set at $100,000.

 

Passion Monae Harris, 22, 315 Garber St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on May 30, 2019, at 1:33 am on a warrant for failure to appear for trial on the charge of theft of goods (under $5,000).

 

Harris was located at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on the active warrant. Bond has been set at $2,500.
