Arrest Report-June 13, 2019

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 39 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Cutter Paul Naquin, 19, 1754 Hwy. 83, Franklin, La., was arrested on June 11, 2019, at 11:56 am for attempted 2nd-degree murder.

Naquin turned himself in on the active warrant and was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bond has been set at $250,000.

 

Jeremiah Arabie, 41, 411 Ditch Ave., Morgan City, La., was arrested on June 12, 2019, at 10:18 am for driving under suspension.

A deputy was traveling on Southwest Blvd. in Bayou Vista, La. when he observed a vehicle on the side of the road. The deputy made contact with the driver, identified as Arabie. Upon assisting Arabie, the deputy learned that his license was suspended. Arabie was arrested and released on a summons to appear in court on September 26, 2019.

 

Tobbie Ray Lacoste, 36, 814 Hwy. 182 East, Morgan City, La., was arrested on June 12, 2019, at 1:27 pm on a warrant for domestic abuse battery.

A corrections deputy made contact with Lacoste when he turned himself in at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on the active warrant. Bond has been set at $1,500.

 

Katherine Victoria Stoute, 27, 312 Comeaux St., Patterson, La., was arrested on June 13, 2019, at 1:20 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of Subutex (less than two grams), possession of marijuana (14 grams or less), and operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled.

A deputy assisting with a traffic stop on 4th St. in Morgan City and made contact the passenger, identified as Stoute. The deputy was advised by dispatch of an active warrant for Stoute. She was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bond has been set.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

 

Jye Joseph Dore, 32, 190 W. 178th St., Galliano, La., was arrested on June 12, 2019, at 4:36 pm for improper lane usage, driving under suspension, and possession of schedule III drugs (suboxone).

Frankie Lynn Falgout, 26, 122 W. Seventh St. #2, Larose, La., was arrested on June 12, 2019, at 4:36 pm for possession of synthetic cannabinoids (under 14 grams) and possession of schedule IV drugs (Xanax).

Tanya Medina, 44, 205 W. Sixth St., Larose, La., was arrested on June 12, 2019, at 4:36 pm for possession of synthetic cannabinoids (under 14 grams).

Narcotic detectives were patrolling the Siracusa, La. area when they observed a vehicle cross over the center line and drive in the opposite lane. Detectives conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with the driver, identified as Dore, and two passengers, identified as Falgout and Medina. Detectives were advised by dispatch that Dore was driving under suspension. Through further investigation, drugs were located inside of the vehicle. Dore, Falgout, and Medina were transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail on Dore has been set at $1,250. No bail has been set for Falgout and Medina.

 

Donald R. Richard, 38, 2720 Buxton Dr., Grand Praire, Tx., was arrested on June 12, 2019, 7:02 pm for resisting an officer and possession of schedule I drugs (marijuana).

Narcotics detectives were patrolling the area of Orphan Home Rd. and Railroad Rd. in Baldwin, La. when they observed a subject, identified as Richard, riding a bike. Deputies observed Richard approach a vehicle stopped in a lane of travel near Lincoln St. When Richard noticed detectives, he fled on foot. Richard was apprehended a short time later. During the investigation, detectives located marijuana on his person. Richard was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking.  Bond has been set at $4,500.
