Arrest Report- June 28, 2019

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 39 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Rebecca Courville Price, 47, 515 General McArthur St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on June 27, 2019, at 11:11 am on a warrant for issuing worthless checks.

Price was located at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse on the active warrant. Price was arrested and released on a summons to appear in court on September 26, 2019.

 

Carlie Carol Adams, 19, 10903 Hwy. 182, Franklin, La., was arrested on June 27, 2019, at 11:49 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the following charges:

  • Possession of heroin
  • Possession of tramadol
  • Possession of marijuana
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia (1st offense)
  • Operating a vehicle without a driver’s license

Adams was located at 10903 Hwy. 182 in Franklin, La. on the active warrant. She was transported to the St, Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail has been set.

 

Christopher Lee Pike, 50, 349 Hunting Rd., Franklin, La., was arrested on June 27, 2019, at 4:39 pm for disturbing the peace intoxicated, resisting arrest or officer, and attempted disarming of a police officer.

Deputies were dispatched to the area of Hunting Rd. in Franklin, La. in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with the complainant who advised them that Pike was causing a disturbance. While deputies were arresting Pike, he became irate and resisted deputies. Pike was transported to the St, Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail has been set at $3,500.

 

Carolyn Ann Robertson, 51, 258 Jones Rd. Lot #1, Jeanerette, La., was arrested on June 27, 2019, at 10:41 pm for no insurance and driving under suspension.

A deputy was stationary on Ralph Darden Parkway in Baldwin, La. when he observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, identified as Robertson. The deputy was advised by dispatch that Robertson was driving with a suspended driver’s license and the insurance on the vehicle was not valid. Robertson was arrested and released on a summons to appear in court on September 26, 2019.

 

Reandra Wenndresse Taylor, 31, 507 Roderick St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on June 27, 2019, at 10:43 pm for aggravated battery.

Constance Nicole Bertrand, 31, 3050 Fifth St., Berwick, La., was arrested on June 27, 2019, at 10:43 pm for disturbing the peace by fighting.

A deputy was dispatched to a local business on Hwy. 182 in Morgan City, La. in reference to a disturbance. During the investigation, it was learned Taylor and Bertrand were involved in an altercation. Both were transported to the St, Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail has been set on Taylor. Bail on Bertrand has been set at $1,000.

 

Jacob Wilson Zirlott, 35, 224 Oneida St., Charenton, La., was arrested on June 28, 2019, at 2:34 am for driving under suspension, possession of marijuana (1st offense), and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 A deputy was patrolling the area of Main St. in Franklin, La. when he observed a vehicle without operating license plate lights. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, identified as Zirlott. During the investigation, drugs and drug paraphernalia were located inside the vehicle. The deputy was advised by dispatch that he was driving under suspension. Zirlott was transported to the St, Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail has been set at $2,500.
