Arrest Report- July 10, 2019

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 31 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Abriahn Baker, 22, 602 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Patterson, La., was arrested on July 9, 2019, at 2:44 pm on a warrant for theft by fraud.

A deputy made contact with Baker at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office in Morgan City and informed her of the active warrant for her arrest. Baker was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail has been set at $500.

 

Tiashea Janae Depass, 30, 205 John St., Baldwin, La., was arrested on July 9, 2019, at 4:56 pm on a warrant for disturbing the peace by fighting.

A deputy patrolling the area of Baldwin made contact with Depass, who held an active warrant for her arrest. She was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail has been set at $500.

 

Davontraye Jacoby Johnson, 24, 3522 Hwy. 182 #39, Berwick, La., was arrested on July 9, 2019, at 7:30 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana (14 grams or less).

Johnson was transported from the Morgan City Police Department Jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on the active warrant for his arrest. No bail has been set.
