Arrest Report- July 30, 2019

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 36 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Tiera Dauterive, 25, 125 Ridgeview St., Broussard, La., was arrested on July 29, 2019, at 7:46 am for driving under suspension.

A deputy was traveling west on Hwy. 182 in Franklin when he observed a vehicle with an expired license plate. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, identified as Dauterive. The deputy was advised by dispatch that she was driving under suspension. Dauterive was arrested and released on a summons to appear in court on October 16, 2019.

 

Andy Joseph Maise, 41, 110 Hardwood Dr., Slidell, La., was arrested on July 29, 2019, at 2:20 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of methamphetamine (less than 2 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia, and improper turn or failure to signal.

Maise was located at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse on the active warrant for his arrest. He was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail has been set at $3,501.

 

Hector Tolento, Jr., 21, 501 Roderick St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on July 30, 2019, at 12:43 am for speeding and driving under suspension.

A deputy was stationary on Hwy. 182 in Amelia when he observed a vehicle traveling above the posted speed. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, identified as Tolento. The deputy was advised by dispatch that he was driving under suspension. Tolento was arrested and released on a summons to appear in court on October 16, 2019.

 

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

 

Keith Clark, 45, 317 Fifth St. Apt. C., Morgan City, La., was arrested on July 29, 2019, at 9:57 pm on the following charges:

  • Possession of schedule I drugs with the intent to distribute (Heroin)
  • Possession of schedule II drugs with the intent to distribute (Crack Cocaine)
  • Possession of schedule II drugs (Methamphetamine)
  • Transactions involving drug proceeds
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Violation of CDS law in a drug-free zone (Church, Park)

Ciara Percle, 32, 317 Fifth St. Apt. C., Morgan City, La., was arrested on July 29, 2019, at 9:57 pm on the following charges:

  • Accessories possession of schedule I drugs with the intent to distribute (Heroin)
  • Accessories possession of schedule II drugs with the intent to distribute (Crack Cocaine)
  • Possession of schedule II drugs (Methamphetamine)
  • Transactions involving drug proceeds
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Violation of CDS law in a drug-free zone (Church, Park)

Narcotics detectives executed a search warrant at 317 Fifth St. Apt. C in Morgan City. During the search of the residence, narcotics detectives located drugs and money from drug proceeds. The residence is located less than 2,000 feet from a church and a park. Clark and Percle were transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail has been set on Clark and Percle.
