Arrest Report- August 2, 2019

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 34 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Kerry Lee Persilver, Sr., 55, 247 Chitimacha Loop Road, Charenton, La., was arrested on August 1, 2019, at 10:09 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family.

Persilver was located at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse on an active warrant for his arrest. He was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail has been set at $26,956.89.

 

Quincy Oliver Johnson, 43, 507 Labau St., Baldwin, La., was arrested on August 1, 2019, at 4:02 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges for criminal trespassing.

A deputy was traveling south on Hwy. 318 when he observed a vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver and a passenger, identified as Johnson. The deputy was advised by dispatch that Johnson held an active warrant for his arrest. Johnson was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail has been set.

 

 

Herman Terrell Solone, 27, 411 Fifth St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on August 1, 2019, at 8:12 for domestic abuse battery by strangulation.

A deputy was dispatched to a residence in Berwick in reference to a domestic abuse complaint that happened earlier in the evening at a residence in Bayou Vista. Upon arrival, with the assistance of the Berwick Police Department, the deputy made contact with the victim and Solone. During the investigation, it was learned that Solone was in an altercation with the victim. Solone was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail has been set.

 

Frances Lee Boudreaux, 34, 2208 Lake Palourde Rd., Amelia, La., was arrested on August 2, 2019, at 3:12 am on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of improper lane usage and driving under suspension.

A deputy was patrolling the area of Hwy. 182 in Amelia when he observed a vehicle without operable license plate lights. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, identified as Boudreaux. The deputy was advised by dispatch that Boudreaux held an active warrant for her arrest. Boudreaux was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail has been set at $704.
