Arrest Report, October 30, 2019

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 36 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

David Wayne Stives, Jr., 31, 179 Patureau Drive, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on October 29, 2019, at 6:50 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of methamphetamine, simple obstruction of highway, and resisting an officer.

A transportation deputy made contact with Stives when she transported him from another agency to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.  Stives was booked and incarcerated. No bail has been set.

 

Edmond Rance Thornton, 24, 309 Orphan Home Road, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on October 29, 2019, at 10:12 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled, expired motor vehicle inspection, misuse of temporary license plate, and operating a motor vehicle not covered by security.

Amanda Maria Rudolph, 32, 309 Orphan Home Road, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on October 29, 2019, at 10:12 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana.

A deputy went to a residence on Orphan Home Road in Baldwin in reference to Edmond Thornton and Amanda Rudolph holding active warrants for their arrest. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with Rudolph and Thornton and advised them of the active warrants. They were transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail has been set.

 

Phi Kim Nguyen, 44, 110 East 37th Place, Cut Off, LA, was arrested on October 29, 2019, at 4:48 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana.

A transportation deputy made contact with Nguyen when he transported him from another agency to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on the active warrant.  Nguyen was booked and incarcerated. No bail has been set.
