Arrest Report- January 15, 2020

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 25 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Michelle Lynn Billiot, 43, 129 Hebert Lane, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on January 14, 2020, at 8:42 am for driving under suspension and expired or no inspection sticker.

A deputy was patrolling the area of Chitimacha Trail in Chitimacha when he observed a vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and contact with the driver of the vehicle, Billiot.  Dispatch advised the deputy that Billiot's license was suspended. Billiot was arrested and released on a summons to appear on May 1, 2020.

 

Jessica Langston Olds, 44, 457 Hunting Road, Ricohoc, LA, was arrested on January 14, 2020, at 4:57 pm for domestic abuse endangerment law and battery-simple.

A deputy was dispatched to a residence on Hunting Road in reference to a removal of a subject. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with a victim who stated that Olds had committed a battery upon the victim. The deputy made contact with Olds and transported her to the St. Mary Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail has been set.

 

Shamus Michael Dardeau, 44, 525 Clark Road, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on January 14, 2020, at 7:40 pm for failure to appear on the charge of neglect of family.

A deputy went to a residence on Delmar to located Dardeau, who had an active warrant for his arrest. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact Dardeau, advised him of the warrant, and transported him to the St. Mary Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail was set at $33,485.78.
