St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 100 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Madison Elizabeth Lodrigue, 18, 404 Darlene Street, Patterson, LA, was arrested on January 24, 2020, at 3:28 pm for turning movements and signals required, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lodrigue was released on a summons to appear on May 1, 2020.

Shal'jaup Earon Williams, 29, 312 Ellis Street, Patterson, LA, was arrested on January 24, 2020, at 10:43 am for turning movements and signals required, driving under suspension, and resisting an officer by giving false information. Williams was released on a $3,750 bond.

Jacob Nathaniel Klenert, 25, 310 Seventh Street, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on January 24, 2020, at 6:26 pm for probation violation. No bail has been set.

Rickey Archangel, 62, 905 West 13th Street, Port Arthur, TX, was arrested on January 24, 2020, at 6:26 pm for failure to register as a sex offender and duty of offender to notify law enforcement of change of address. No bail has been set.

Mickie Joe Druilhet, Jr., 33, 109 Batiste Street, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on January 24, 2020, at 10:27 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of resisting an officer by providing false information, operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled, and operating a vehicle with an unlit license plate. Druilhet was released on a $2,000 bond.

Iris Marie Boyer, 59, 531 Highway 668, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on January 24, 2020, at 11:20 pm for driving while intoxicated and improper lane usage. Boyer was released on a $3,000 bond.

Shandace Latrice Harris, 31, 415 Adam Street, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on January 25, 2020, at 3:18 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail was set at $27,214.53.

Benjamin Roosevelt Cheramie, 49, 17905 Willow Trail, Baton Rouge, LA, was arrested on January 25, 2020, at 11:15 pm for proper equipment required on vehicles and driving under suspension. Cheramie was released on a summons to appear on May 1, 2020.

Ebert Ramos Guillen, 53, 724 Magnolia Street, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on January 25, 2020, at 8:08 am for violation of protective orders. Bail has not been set.

Nata Henry Sedatol, 25, 1332 Chitimacha Trail, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on January 26, 2020, at 12:54 am for domestic abuse battery. Sedatol was released on a $2,500 bond.

Thalassa Lee Frickey, 42, 401 Pecos Street, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on January 26, 2020, at 9:57 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft of goods under $500. No bail has been set.

Rayne Elizabeth Ferguson, 19, 106 Palmer Lane, Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 26, 2020, at 1:30 pm for battery of a dating partner. Bail was set at $1,000.

Austin Michael Hebert, 22, 106 Palmer Lane, Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 26, 2020, at 1:30 pm for battery of a dating partner and possession of marijuana. Hebert was released on a $1,000 bond.

Seth Aurelius Kidder, 39, 118 Hebert Road, Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 26, 2020, at 4:34 pm for battery of a dating partner and violation of protective orders. Kidder was released on a $5,000 bond.

Tasha Lynn Soprano, 39, 118 Hebert Road, Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 26, 2020, at 4:52 pm for battery of a dating partner. Bail was set at $2,500.

Juvenile Male, 11, Welch, LA, was arrested on January 26, 2020, at 6:15 pm for runaway juvenile.  The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

Tiffany Miracle, 36, 517 Railroad Avenue, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on January 26, 2020, at 10:42 pm for improper lane usage and possession of drug paraphernalia. Miracle was released on a summons to appear on May 1, 2020.

Claude Steward, 51, 1405 North Third Street, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on January 26, 2020, at 11:38 pm for improper lane usage and no insurance. Steward was released on a summons to appear on May 1, 2020.

 

Hunter John David, 26, 1100 Highway 717, Gueydan, LA, was arrested on January 27, 2020, at 2:36 am on the following charges:

  • License plate lights required
  • Driving under suspension
  • Possession of heroin with intent to distribute
  • Possession of schedule II drug with intent to distribute
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia

Simon Murphy Broussard, 35, 1852 Pinewood Drive, Lake Charles, LA, was arrested on January 27, 2020, at 2:36 am for possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of schedule II drug (methamphetamine) with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hannah Grace Hensarling, 23, 13122 Highway 22, Ponchatoula, LA, was arrested on January 27, 2020, at 2:36 am for possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of schedule II drug (methamphetamine) with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A deputy was monitoring traffic on Highway 90 near the Bayou Vista Truck Stop when he observed a vehicle with no operable license plate lights.  The deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, David, and two passengers, Broussard and Hensarling. During the investigation, heroin, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia were found. David, Broussard, and Hensarling were transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail has been set.

 

NARCOTICS DIVISION

Travis Holly, 40, 129 Friendship Alley, Amelia, LA, was arrested on January 24, 2020, at 5:36 am on the following charges:

  • Resisting an officer
  • Obstruction of justice
  • Distribution of schedule II (crack cocaine)
  • Possession of schedule II (methamphetamine) with intent to distribute
  • Possession of schedule I (MDMA)
  • Violation of a CDS Law, drug-free zone

Gregory Clements, 50, 2681 Fourth Street, Berwick, LA, was arrested on January 24, 2020, at 5:36 am on the following charges:

  • Obstructing public passages
  • Obstruction of justice
  • Distribution of schedule II (crack cocaine)
  • Open container
  • Violation of a CDS Law, drug-free zone

Detectives with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Narcotics Section were patrolling the area of Friendship Alley when they observed a hand to hand transaction between two male subjects and a subject in a vehicle. The detectives detained the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Clements. The two subjects at the window of the vehicle fled on foot, but detectives apprehended Holly a short time later. Through the investigation, drugs were located. Holly and Clements were transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Holly was subsequently released on a $10,000 bond. Clements was released on a $4,000 bond.
