St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 94 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Eloy Gerardo Martinez, Jr., 26, 2803 Palo Blanco Drive, Palmview, TX, was arrested on February 1, 2020, at 6:22 pm for driving under suspension and driving left of center. Martinez was released on a $1,250 bond.

Branden Ledet, 38, 9214 Park Avenue, Houma, LA, was arrested on February 1, 2020, at 7:08 pm for driving under suspension, improper lane usage, and on a Lafourche Parish warrant for failure to appear on the charge of non-support.  Ledet is being held for another agency.

Tyjuandre Darrell Harris, 23, 502 Fredrick Lane, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on January 31, 2020, at 7:25 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana. No bail has been set.

Zacolby Lionel Granger, 27, 815 Martin Luther King, Jr., Lafayette, LA, was arrested on January 31, 2020, at 7:44 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of operating a vehicle with an expired license plate. No bail has been set.

Raniqua K'tre Toussaint, 18, 615 Fifth Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 31, 2020, at 8:52 pm on a warrant for the charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. Toussaint was released later on her own recognizance.

Fred Williams IV, 42, 300 Spruce Street, Lafayette, LA, was arrested on January 31, 2020, at 10:32 pm for improper lane usage, no insurance, and littering. Williams was released on a summons to appear on May 1, 2020.

Victor Gene Aucoin, 18, 2204 Lake Palourde Road, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on February 1, 2020, at 1:10 am for indecent behavior with juvenile. No bail has been set.

Dylan Verdun, 24, 214 Enterprise Avenue, Patterson, LA, was arrested on February 1, 2020, at 12:32 am for improper lane usage and driving under suspension. Verdun was released on a summons to appear on May 18, 2020.

Conley Thomas Jones, 70, 1366 Joseph Street, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on February 1, 2020, at 2:01 am for speeding and driving under suspension. Bail was set at $1,500.

Debra Ann Mack, 62, 1509 Dehart Drive, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on February 1, 2020, at 4:22 am for improper lane usage and driving while intoxicated-first offense. Mack was later released on a $2,750 bond.

Roger Clements, 61, 1291 Prairie Road Circle, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 1, 2020, at 4:50 pm for leash law. Clements was released on a summons to appear on May 18, 2020.

Stacy Gerald Verdun, 49, 407 Park Street, Patterson, LA, was arrested on February 2, 2020, at 1:29 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Verdun was released on a judicial release.

Barry Lee Jones, 32, 409 Bowman Street, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on February 2, 2020, at 2:15 am on a warrant the charge of battery-aggravated. Jones was booked on the charge and remains incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

Timothy Terrell Humphrey, Jr., 32, 171 Village Lane, Amelia, LA, was arrested on February 2, 2020, at 2:15 am on a warrant the charge of battery-aggravated. Humphrey was booked on the charge and remains incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

Keithen Ki Humphrey, Sr., 31, 327 Cardinal Street, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on February 2, 2020, at 2:15 am on a warrant the charge of battery-aggravated. Humphrey was booked on the charge and remains incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

Charlie Hurst, 52, 2415 First Street, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on February 2, 2020, at 7:46 pm for improper display of license plates and driving under suspension. Hurst was released on a summons to appear on May 18, 2020.

Blake Edward Chenvert, 22, 5100 Freyou Road, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on February 2, 2020, at 8:52 pm for no taillights, no insurance, and driving under suspension. Chenvert was released on a summons to appear on May 18, 2020.

Devin Carl Thornton, 29, 601 Shadowlawn Drive, Berwick, LA, was arrested on February 2, 2020, at 10:46 pm for criminal damage to property-simple, entry/remaining on premises after being forbidden, and resisting arrest or officer. Bail was set at $3,500.

Terrance Jermaine Dangerfield, 20, 3355 Harrison Street, Baker, LA, was arrested on February 2, 2020, at 10:40 pm on the following charges:

• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
• Illegal possession of stolen firearms
• Illegal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
• Violation of a uniform CDS law 

No bail has been set.

NARCOTICS DIVISION

Frank Clyde Small, Jr., 39, 405 Third Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 2, 2020, at 8:15 pm on the following charges:

• Use of wireless communication devices for text messaging and social networking while driving
• Improper lane usage
• Driving under suspension
• Possession of schedule I (MDMA) with intent to distribute
• Transactions involving drug proceeds
• CDS law drug-free zone

No bail has been set.
