St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 102 complaints and reports the following arrests:

David Anthony Landry, 47, 212 Terry Street, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on February 7, 2020, at 3:37 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of hydrocodone bitartrate, possession of marijuana, and possession/distribution/sale of legend drug without a prescription.  No bail has been set.

Sylvester Louis Lee Francois, Jr., 22, 508 Taft Street, Patterson, LA, was arrested on February 7, 2020, at 1:03 pm on the following charges:

• Possession of marijuana
• Resisting an officer by flight
•  Driver must be licensed
• Expired license plate
• Expired or no inspection sticker
• No insurance

Francois was released on a $4,000 bond.

Tyler Emmanuel Brewer, 27, 400 Louisa Street, Patterson, LA, was arrested on February 7, 2020, at 6:29 pm for disturbing the peace by language.  Bail was set at $250.

Jude Geraldo Franklin, 41, 140 Clausen Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 7, 2020, at 10:42 pm for resisting arrest or officer and on three warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:

• Possession of methamphetamine
• Resisting an officer by providing false information
• Possession of drug paraphernalia (x2)
• Possession of heroin with intent to distribute
• Possession of MDMA
• Violation of uniform CDS law drug-free zone
• Transaction involving proceeds from drug offenses
• Obstruction of justice by tampering with evidence

No bail has been set.

Robert Charles Martin, 25, 117 Collins Street, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on February 9, 2020, at 9:28 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of failure to maintain automobile liability insurance, speeding, and operating a vehicle with an unlit license plate.  No bail has been set.

Brittany Shay Everage, 27, 342 Camille Drive, Patterson, LA, was arrested on February 9, 2020, at 10:46 pm for proper equipment required on vehicles, no insurance, and on a warrant for theft of goods. Everage was released on a summons to appear on May 18, 2020.

Derrick C. Walker, Sr., 27, 432 Belanger Street, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on February 9, 2020, at 10:46 pm for possession of stolen things.  Walker was released on a summons to appear on May 18, 2020.

Robert John Skipper, Jr., 39, 1111 Dora Street, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on February 9, 2020, at 9:11 am on an MCPD warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of marijuana, no driver's license, and contempt of court. Skipper was transferred to another agency.

Brandon Devon Francis, 31, 111 Sorrel Road, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on February 9, 2020, at 5:21 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of synthetic cannabinoids. Bail was set at $1,563.00.

Alonzo Jacquiese Henry, 25, 511 Williams Street, Patterson, LA, was arrested on February 9, 2020, at 10:46 pm for theft.  Henry was released on a summons to appear on May 18, 2020.

Tina Marie Weaver, 50, 716 Cypress Street, Amelia, LA, was arrested on February 9, 2020, at 11:36 pm for theft.  Weaver was released on a summons to appear on May 18, 2020.

Matthew Taylor Rollins, 26, 113 Diane Lane, Patterson, LA, was arrested on February 9, 2020, at 11:12 pm for possession of drug paraphernalia. Rollins was released on a summons to appear on May 18, 2020.

Wardell Keith Andrus, 32, 128 Bogan Lane, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 10, 2020, at 12:19 am for battery of a dating partner. Bail was set at $5,000.
