Arrest Report- March 6, 2020

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 39 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Samantha Sullivan Breaux, 22, 209 Vatican Square, Carencro, LA, was arrested on March 5, 2020, at 9:45 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail was set at $1,720.

Travis Sentral Holly, 40, 129 Friendship Alley, Amelia, LA, was arrested on March 5, 2020, at 10:35 am for probation violation. Holly is being held for another agency.

Christopher James Percle, 21, 9311 Frontage Road, Centerville, LA, was arrested on March 6, 2020, at 3:05 pm for burglary and possession of firearm-felon. Bail was set at $75,000.

Clarence Clarquis Reed, 37, 1012 Weber Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 5, 2020, at 8:20 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana. No bail has been set.

Drevin Mikhail Willis, 21, 926 Prairie Road North, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 5, 2020, at 8:43 pm for reckless operation no accident and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of cyberstalking. Bail was set at $1,500.

Corey Lee Percle, 40, 203 Field Road, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on March 6, 2020, at 12:16 am for driver must be licensed and possession of methamphetamines. No bail has been set.

Shane Calvin Theriot, 48, 216 Sanraen Street, Charenton, LA, was arrested on March 6, 2020, at 1:22 am for driving left of center, driving under suspension, and driving while intoxicated-1st offense. Theriot was released on a $3,750 bond.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Nathaniel Lawerence Wicks, 22, 1470 Division Avenue, Houma, LA, was arrested on March 5, 2020, at 6:41 pm on the following charges:

  • possession of firearm-felon
  • illegal possession of stolen firearms
  • Possession of schedule 1 synthetic cannabinoids with intent to distribute
  • Possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS
  • Violation of uniform CDS law, drug-free zone
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Second/subsequent offenses

Kaleb Lane William Smith, 19, 1600 Francis Street, Patterson, LA, was arrested on March 5, 2020, at 6:41 pm on the following charges:

  • Possession of firearm-felon
  • Illegal possession of stolen firearms
  • Possession of schedule I synthetic cannabinoids with intent to distribute
  • Possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS
  • Violation of uniform CDS law, drug-free zone
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute
  • Possession of schedule I THC/CBD with intent to distribute
  • Probation violation-felony

 

Caleb Marshall Daigle, 19, 147 Burchfield Lane, Berwick, LA, was arrested on March 5, 2020, at 6:41 pm for

  • possession of firearm-felon
  • illegal possession of stolen firearms.
  • Possession of schedule 1 synthetic cannabinoids with intent to distribute
  • Possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS
  • Violation of uniform CDS law, drug-free zone
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Obstruction of justice
  • Probation violation-felony

Detectives with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at a residence on 1121 Francis Street. During the investigation, stolen weapons, drugs, and drug paraphernalia were located in the residence. Daigle, Smith, and Wicks were transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail was set at $150,000 for each offender.
