St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 29 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Bryceson L. Freeman, 21, 2103 West Main Street, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on April 28, 2020, at 12:37 pm for possession of marijuana, turning movements and signals required, and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of hunting without a resident license, hunting with unplugged gun or silencer, and hunting on DMAP without permission. Freeman was later released on a summons to appear on June 27, 2020.
