St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 33 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Ronald Stanley Billiot, Jr., 38, 183 Electric Lane, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on May 19, 2020, at 6:42 am for possession of marijuana. Billiot was released on a summons to appear on August 21, 2020.

Leslie Ann Bonvillian, 40, 3407 Lake Palourde, Amelia, LA, was arrested on May 19, 2020, at 9:47 am for battery of a dating partner and driving under suspension. Bonvillian was released on a $3,500 bond.

Kevin James Diggs, 44, 510 Joey Street, Patterson, LA, was arrested on May 19, 2020, at 7:42 pm for switched license plate/stolen license plate and driving under suspension. Diggs was released on a summons to appear on August 21, 2020.

Kenneth Ray Collins, Sr., 63, 501 Flattown Road, Charenton, LA, was arrested on May 19, 2020, at 9:12 pm for careless operation and driving while intoxicated- 2nd offense. Collins was released on a $5,500 bond.

Caitlyn Rose Case, 31, 704 Maple Ave, Houma, LA, was arrested on May 19, 2020, at 10:40 pm for possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled and speeding. No bail has been set.

Caylin Renee Moneaux, 22, 222 Pollard Avenue, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on May 20, 2020, at 2:32 am for driving while intoxicated-1st offense. Moneaux was released on a $2,500 bond.

Juvenile Male, 15, Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 19, 2020, at 2:17 pm for escape-simple & aggravated, possession of stolen things, and unauthorized entry of inhabited dwelling. The juvenile was booked and released to a Probation and Parole Officer, Office of Juvenile Justice.
