St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 110 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Swavee Fields, 20, 906 Spring Avenue, Ruston, LA, was arrested on June 12, 2020, at 9:36 am for possession of marijuana and driving on right side of road.  Fields was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.

 

Damien A. Hale, 30, 2128 Becnel Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 12, 2020, at 5:06 pm for simple battery and disturbing the peace intoxicated.  Hale was released on a $3,500 bond. 

 

Juvenile male, 17, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on June 12, 2020, at 6:50 pm for sexual battery.  Juvenile was released on a $10,000 bond.

 

Elcondos L. Davis, 43, 1403 Martin Luther King Rd, Charenton, LA, was arrested on June 13, 2020, at 12:08 am for possession of marijuana w/intent to distribute, possession of controlled dangerous substance (drug free zone) and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Davis was released on a $4,000 bond. 

 

Madontris Dickerson, 22, 3010 Bernhardt Street, Port Arthur, TX, was arrested on June 13, 2020, at 7:46 pm for possession of marijuana.  Dickerson was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.

 

Xavier Coleman, 20, 718 Louisiana Street, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 13, 2020, at 8:40 pm for possession of marijuana and general speed law.  Coleman was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.

 

Nicholas J. Francis, 41, 113 Fortier Lane, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on June 13, 2020, at 8:52 pm for possession of synthetic cannabinoids and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Francis was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.

 

Lorenzo C. Merritt, 31, 107 Hurst Street, Patterson, LA, was arrested on June 14, 2020, at 2:24 am for resisting an officer by flight, obstruction of justice, possession of marijuana and improper lane usage.  Bond was set at $2,500.

 

Christopher Olivier, 25, 712 Fulton Street, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on June 14, 2020, at 5:42 am for possession of marijuana.  Olivier was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.

 

Ingrid S. Jack, 29, 229 Pickett Lane, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 14, 2020, at 9:09 am for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper lane usage.  Jack was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.

 

Tyler P. Romero, 21, 3606 Capt Cade Rd., Youngsville, LA, was arrested on June 14, 2020, at 9:30 am for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and reckless operation.  Romero was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.

 

Brook V. Burgess, 18, 211 Mars Road, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 14, 2020, at 2:54 pm for careless operation, driving under suspension and no insurance.  Burgess was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.

 

Ericka R. Cuvillier, 30, 406 Darlene Street, Patterson, LA, was arrested on June 14, 2020, at 3:50 pm for simple battery.  Cuvillier was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.

 

Bianca B. McDaniel, 28, 312 Second Street, A, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 14, 2020, at 10:47 pm for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.  McDaniel was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.

 

Katyre A. White, 26, 741 First Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 14, 2020, at 10:53 pm for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and license plate obstruction.  White was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.

 

Matthew L. Mote, 22, 218 Amelia Street, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 15, 2020, at 1:52 am for failure to drive right and no insurance.  Mote was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
