St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 27 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Jase Kolbe Darden, 32, 19024 Highway 182, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 12, 2020, at 5:26 pm for domestic abuse battery-aggravated. No bail has been set.

Ethan Moe Mensman, 22, 154 Riverview Drive, Patterson, LA, was arrested on August 12, 2020, at 1:44 pm on an active warrant for possession of marijuana, driver must be licensed, and driving on roadway laned for traffic. Mensman was released on a summons to appear on November 2, 2020.

Deonta Dwayne Green, 20, 619 St. Peter Street, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on August 13, 2020, at 4:10 am for improper lane usage, driver must be licensed, and possession of schedule IV drug (Xanax) with intent to distribute. No bail has been set.
