St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 31 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Jevon Bryan Smith, 42, 1719 Francis Street, Patterson, LA, was arrested on September 21, 2020, at 8:43 pm on the following charges:

• Expired or no inspection sticker
• Possession of marijuana
• Possession of schedule IV drugs
• Resisting arrest or officer
• Possession of legend drug without prescription
• Possession of schedule I drugs

Bail has not been set.

 

Katherine Victoria Stoute, 28, 312 Comeaux Street, Patterson, LA, was arrested on September 21, 2020, at 1:09 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of subutex, possession of marijuana, and operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled. Stoute was released on a $7,500 bond.
