St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 36 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Jeremy Lee Housley, 38, 215 Lacey Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 22, 2020, at 2:31 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of methamphetamine, obstruction of justice by tampering with evidence, and possession of marijuana. Housley was released on a $2,000 bond.

 

Marcus Shawn Robertson, 37, 2012 Patrician Ann Street, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on September 22, 2020, at 3:44 pm for possession of cocaine. Robertson was released on a $15,000 bond.

 

Tyler Keith Stewart, 24, 1016 Martin Luther King, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on September 22, 2020, at 9:25 pm for possession of marijuana and illegal carrying of a weapon. Bail was set at $3,000.

 

William Ollie Ware, III, 31, 1016 Martin Luther King, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on September 23, 2020, at 12:22 am for possession of drug paraphernalia and proper equipment required on vehicles. Ware was released on a summons to appear on December 11, 2020.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Courtney McDaniel, 32, 111 Myra Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 22, 2020, at 5:27 pm for possession of marijuana. McDaniel was released on a summons to appear on December 11, 2020.

 

Bernard Davis, Jr., 23, 203 Easy Street, St. Joseph, LA, was arrested on September 22, 2020, at 5:59 pm for possession of marijuana and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of driving under suspension and improper lane usage. Davis was released on a summons to appear on December 11, 2020.
