St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 29 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Walter Jack, Jr., 58, 2010 MLK Drive, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on October 15, 2020, at 2:54 am for reckless operation-no accident, driving under suspension, and possession of marijuana. Jack was released on a summons to appear on January 7, 2021.
