St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 35 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Elias Frank Todd, 26, 129 Shannon Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on October 22, 2020, for disturbing the peace by fighting, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a warrant for battery of a dating partner. Bail was set at $6,250.

 

Whitney Bagley, 43, 85554 Highway 43, Amite, LA was arrested on October 22, 2020, on the following charges:

• Disturbing the peace by fighting
• Aggravated assault with a motor vehicle upon a police officer
• Driving under suspension
• No insurance
• vehicle license required
• possession of marijuana
• possession of drug paraphernalia
• criminal trespass

No bail has been set.

 

Nikita Daniel Smith, 35, 322 Sandy Drive, Patterson, LA was arrested on October 22, 2020, for possession of marijuana. Smith was released on a summons to appear on January 7, 2020.
