St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 37 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Juvenile Male, 16, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on October 27, 2020, at 10:12 am for simple assault. The juvenile male was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

 

Mandy Henry, 35, 109 Dalton Drive, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on October 27, 2020, at 12:47 pm on an active New Iberia Parish warrant for telephone calls-harassment. Henry was released on a summons to appear in New Iberia on November 30, 2020.

 

Javion R. Taylor, 19, 1423 James Street, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on October 27, 2020, at 2:53 pm for possession of marijuana. Taylor was released on a summons to appear on January 7, 2020.
