St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 30 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Ashley Marie Bourgeois, 34, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on November 12, 2020, at 8:42 am for criminal trespass.  Bourgeois was released on a summons to appear on February 23, 2021. 

 

Ashley Marie Bourgeois, 34, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on November 12, 2020, at 2:37 pm for criminal trespass.  Bail was set at $1,000.

 

Jeramie Hanks, 43, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on November 12, 2020, at 9:00 am on warrants for criminal neglect of family (2 counts) and failure to appear.  Bail was set at $9,423.

 

Dontrell Colbert, 24, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on November 12, 2020, at 10:21 pm for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule IV with intent to distribute and a warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Bail was set at $5,000.

 

Kenneth McQuiston, 61, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on November 12, 2020, at 11:15 pm for possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia and brake lights required.  Bail was set at $3,750.

 

Charles Mitchell, Jr., 40, Gibson, LA, was arrested on November 12, 2020, at 11:15 pm for possession of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two warrants for failure to appear. No bail has been set.
