St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 33 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Jeffery Paul Narcisse, 33, Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 17, 2020, at 2:32 pm for turning movements and signals required, possession of schedule I drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Narcisse was released on a summons to appear on March 30, 2020.

 

Barbara Jones Galindo, 38, Patterson, LA, was arrested on December 17, 2020, at 10:31 pm for disturbing the peace by fighting and simple battery.  No bail has been set.

 

Floribel Ramirez, 28, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on December 17, 2020, at 10:31 pm for disturbing the peace by fighting and on an MCPD warrant for failure to appear. No bail has been set.

 

John Stakes, 41, Houma, LA, was arrested on December 17, 2020, at 11:39 pm for improper lane usage and driving under suspension. Stakes was released on a summons to appear on March 30, 2020.

 

Chaz Michael Ribardi, 26, Patterson, LA, was arrested on December 18, 2020, at 12:19 am for no license plate light and driving under suspension. Ribardi was released on a summons to appear on March 30, 2020.
