St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 97 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Dennis Joseph Bordelon, 61, Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 22, 2021, at 1:15 pm for hit and run. Bordelon was released on a summons to appear on April 27, 2021.

 

Lino Barrera, 47, LaPlace, LA, was arrested on January 23, 2021, at 1:15 pm for disturbing the peace-intoxicated and possession of schedule II drugs. No bail has been set.

 

Shelley Marie Scott, 36, Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 23, 2021, at 10:22 pm on a Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of schedule IV drugs. Scott is being held for another agency.

 

Nickolas Salisbury, 21, Charenton, LA, was arrested on January 24, 2021, at 6:17 pm for open container and careless operation. No bail has been set.

 

Travis James Morin, 37, Patterson, LA, was arrested on January 21, 2021, at 2:56 pm for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and on two warrants for failure to appear on following charges:

• Hit and run driving with accident
• Reckless operation of a motor vehicle
• Improper driving left of center of a roadway
• Operating a vehicle without driver's license on person
• Expired motor vehicle inspection
• Simple battery

No bail has been set.
