St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 93 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Tyler Jermaine Sylvester, 21, Berwick, LA, was arrested on February 5, 2021, at 12:42 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of possession of marijuana, resisting an officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $8,000.

 

Adam Charles Davis, 44, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 5, 2021, at 11:56 pm on the following charges:

• Driving on roadway laned for traffic
• Proper equipment required on vehicles
• Possession of synthetic cannabinoids
• Possession of schedule IV drugs
• Resisting an officer by flight
• Expired driver's license

No bail has been set.

 

Keith Dwayne Robinson, 41, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 7, 2021, at 7:06 pm on the following charges:

• No head lights
• Resisting officer or arrest
• Possession of synthetic cannabinoids
• Possession of heroin
• Possession of legend drug without prescription
• Obstruction of justice-tampering
• Possession of drug paraphernalia

No bail has been set.

 

Justin Chauvin, 20, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on February 7, 2021, at 8:38 pm for criminal trespass and criminal damage to property-simple. Chauvin was released on a summons to appear on May 24, 2021.

 

Curley Carter III, 20, Charenton, LA, was arrested on February 7, 2021, at 8:38 pm for criminal trespass and criminal damage to property-simple. Carter was released on a summons to appear on May 24, 2021.

 

Stacey Lynn Grubb, 40, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 7, 2021, at 3:00 am for theft and on four warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:

• Possession of methamphetamine
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Theft of more than $1,000 but less than $5,000
• Self-mutilation by a prisoner
• Criminal trespassing

No bail has been set.

 

Nicholas Paul Daigle, 25, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on February 7, 2021, at 11:30 pm for reckless operation no accident and disturbing the peace by language.  Daigle was released on a $1,000 bond.

 

Travis James Morin, 37, Patterson, LA, was arrested on February 8, 2021, at 12:40 am for possession of schedule II drugs. No bail has been set.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Ashley Adams, 37, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 5, 2021, at 3:18 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of meth and probation violation.  Bail was set at $15,000.

 

Dylan Shea Carter, 36, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 5, 2021, at 3:18 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana).  Carter was released on a summons to appear on May 24, 2021.
